It is a very large space dedicated to extraterrestrial minds: painters, poets, craftsmen, musicians and other oddballs whom the gods have endowed with a completely different vision of things; people for whom normal is not normal. 

It's a space for rent for people who can't help doing things like painting workshops, ceramics, writing, meditation, a workshop of whatever you want.

It forms the two spaces necessary for kitchen workshops, and they are perfectly communicated: kitchen and living/dining room.
